FEED Studies
We will work with yourselves and your team to understand your requirements and produce an appropriate Front End Engineering Design to a level of accuracy agreed between us (from +/-10% to +/-50%).
Project Management
We will take full responsibility for management of the projects ranging in size from a £10,000 to £1,000,000 under an EPC or EPCM framework. We will discuss the most appropriate contract with yourselves and operate an open and transparent pricing structure.
Process Plants
We are able to take on most mechanically biased projects related to your chemical plant from replacement of a single item of equipment to full plant extensions. We will work with your own P&ID's and develop as necessary producing a full blown design through to construction completion.
Subcontractor Management
We have significant experience in handling numerous on site contractors from M&E trades to specialist process heavy consultants and suppliers. We can take full ownership for managing these companies so that you only have one single point of contact for your projects.
Infrastructure Projects
We are also able to take responsibility for your infrastructure projects including, building extensions, road and drainage work or superstructure extensions.
Health And Safety
With many years of onsite experience on Top Tier COMAH sites, we are able to maintain high standards of H&S on site backed up by full training certification including IOSH, CSCS and CCNSG. Any designs work will also take on board full requirements of CDM regarding H&S requirements.
Whole Project Design
Even if you have the most basic of design briefs, we will take on full responsibility for the Mechanical and Electrical design of most projects and follow through to construction and commissioning should this be required.
Procurement
Many companies have a defined supplier list which can cause issues when obtaining specialist services or equipment. We are able to procure services and equipment on your behalf taking over the risk of delivery and compliance together with all expediting activities that go with this.
Pump System Design
We will carry out detailed pump clculations, size pipework and select appropriate pumping equipment suitable to meet your intended design brief and budget.
Plant Rooms
If you require an upgrade or refurbishment to you compressor room, pump house or boiler houses we will work within your budget to produce the most suitable solution to your needs.
Mechanical Equipment Specification
Using your fundamental process design criteria we will develop detailed specifications for enquiry for any item of mechanical equipment that you are requiring.
Pipe Specification
If you are looking for a single pipe spec for a new product or service or are looking to bring your existing suite of specifications up to current standards, then we can tailor a solution to meet your needs.
